So I used to work and workout with this girl years ago when I worked at the Denver Athletic Club. As you can see I didn't keep the workouts up as good as she did, but she was a great workout partner, if you can imagine that. She always wanted to be a "figure" competitor, so awesome for her...Good Job Malena!

This was TG's breakfast of champions for starting his new diet and ironman training: tortilla chips, a muffin, a donut and bacon (but at least its turkey bacon)
