Playing Potty

Elie got this potty training doll from Mimi for Easter, and not only does the doll go potty on it but Elie tries to too.She's a little big, she looks like the Jolly Green Giant. "Where'd it go, pee-pee?" It's hard to keep pants on her these days, cause she always wants to play potty.

Videos Galore!

Friday...We went to family night at the athletic club, they had 2 for 1 beers to get the parents to come, pizza for everyone and fun and games, and Elie learned to slam dunk the basketball!

Saturday...We went swimming! Elie loves the slides (in and out of the pool). She went down the slide about 1000 times. I was playing with my video maker and put the video to some lame music, the song is called "A Perfect Saturday", it's a little cheesy.

Sunday...To Jimmy's and my own astonishment Elie was singing her ABC's with her toy. Turn up the volume so you can hear her over the toy.

Bookclub!

I haven't done book club in awhile, but I just finished one worth bloggin about. I am into reading classics right now (it's my way of feeling intellectual while spending 24 hours a day with a 20 month old!) I just finished Jane Eyre. What a great novel, I loved it!!! If you haven't read it I highly recommend it, it is great writing, a great story and a great character.
